We are hunkered down in the thick of Snowmageddon 2010. Luckily, my boyfriend and I have everything we need, and we have not lost power, had any pipes burst, run out of food, or any number of other horrible things that could have happened. For that, I am grateful.
The truth is, we are both thoroughly enjoying this. For him, it's normal. He grew up in Massachusetts, and he told me that they had at least one of these every year. I grew up here in Maryland, and we typically have one of these about every 4-6 years. This one's a record-breaker, but at least I knew how to prepare.
Here are some photos I tookt his past weekend. I'll probably be adding to the album, so feel free to check back! Click here.
For those who are also suffering under this storm, please stay safe. Everyone is in my thoughts and prayers, and I am very thankful to all of the hard-working people who have been working to dig us out and to keep peole safe!
Cheers!
